By downloading, installing, or using Lone Star Scratch Buddy™ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1A. BUSINESS ENTITY

This application is operated by Lottolabs, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Texas. By using this application, you agree to these terms with Lottolabs, LLC. References to "we," "us," "our," or "the Company" throughout these terms refer to Lottolabs, LLC.

2. NO AFFILIATION WITH TEXAS LOTTERY

The Texas Lottery Commission has not reviewed, approved, or endorsed this application or its content.

6. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Cancel anytime through your App Store account settings
No refunds for unused subscription periods
Pricing subject to change with 30 days notice
Free trial converts to paid subscription if not cancelled

7. AGE AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18+ years old to use this App
Lottery participation subject to your state and local laws
You are responsible for compliance with applicable gambling laws
Use prohibited where lottery participation is illegal

8. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY

We may collect:

Remove copyright or proprietary notices

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT

The App displays data from the Texas Lottery Commission and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for:

Accuracy of third-party information
Content on external websites
Privacy practices of third parties
Availability of third-party services

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App.

16. TERMINATION

We may terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Termination does not affect subscription charges already incurred.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Texas state law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state courts of Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18A. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lottolabs, LLC regarding the use of the App. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

18B. BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Lottolabs, LLC operates as an independent software company providing lottery information services. We are not licensed by or affiliated with any government lottery commission. Our business purpose is to provide publicly available lottery data in an organized format for informational purposes only.

19. LOTTERY TICKET SALES AND FACILITATION

Lone Star Scratch Buddy™ is a companion analytics tool only. This app does not sell, promote, or facilitate the purchase of any lottery tickets.
